· The Heat & Flow Meter X12 is not only a meter of water or thermal energy.
· The possibility of a precise measurement and control of flow, pressure, temperature, heat and cold energy in pipelines with diameters from 20 mm up to 1.000 mm. With possibility to con-trol the installations by means of electro driving valves and pumps.
· The fields of applications are very wide. Our solution can be utilized in open and closed heat supply systems, water metering in domestic and industrial applications; in industrial proc-esses a.o. in chemical, food and electric industry and last but not least, in the oil and gas in-dustries. The care we brought to its conception allows us today to use the X12 in oil mining applica-tions, were it can support pressures up to 500 atm.
· X12 can be equipped with up to six flow sensors, with up to six temperature sensors and up to two pressure sensors. Its fantastic potential allows you to manage, at once, functions, which re-quire normally several installations. This is bringing you money and time savings: only one de-vice, one installation and one maintenance.
· X12 is built on a programmable modular philosophy, allowing the customer a selection among 12 modules to match his requirements. Up to eight modules can be organized simulta-neously in one meter. Each module - independent measuring device in frames of X12. Such flexibility and functional possibilities are providing entire satis-faction to the cli-ents. A customer receives the right necessary ordered.
· All registered data can be dispatched to your control station by cable, modem, GSM or inter-net com-munication. Data can also be collected with a single laptop or a hand-held terminal via cable or infra-red.
· In one X12: meters of heat and cold energy, water meters, flow meter for high pressure applications, digital pressure meters, digital thermometers.
· High quality and reliability: 5 years guarantee. The calibration interval is 4 years.
· The all-whether meter execution (standard): the ambient temperature is from minus 30 up to +60°С.

· Meter corresponds to European EN 1434 (classes 1 and 2) and Ukrainian DSTU-3339 (class 2,5) standards for heat meters, Ukrainian standards DSTU 3580 and DSTU 3709 (exceeding of class B) for the cold and hot water meters.
· Unique flow measurement possibility with six acoustic elements ultrasonic sensor, which is absolutely not equivalent to three independent popular two-element ultrasonic sensors in reliability, accuracy, working flow range, minimal length of straight sites at a place of installation. Flow sensors with two acoustic elements are also available in models of X12.
· In-built battery supply with service time up to 12 years without expensive additional devices, like accumulators or Uninterrupted Power Supplies.
· Free in-built flow rate simulator: full scheme of dry verification, including the all represented components: calculator + flow sensor with real liquid - guarantees the accuracy of metrological checking and of tests at a place of installation.
· High reliability: started from calculator enclosure with protection degree IP65, sensors with IP65…68, Swiss made electrical connectors with guaranteed 5000 cycles of connection-disconnection, temperature sensors PT-1000, working temperature of sensors up to 170°С, working pressure of sensors with 25…500 atm. and finished with high quality of meter assembling.
· Complete set of standard delivery.
· Minimal length of straight sites at a place of installation: in some the cases straight sites are not required at all.
· Additional service: paid only a meter, during a total time of meter operation the customer receives free consultations and service programs from web site and also a possibility of internal software upgrade.
· Cheap montage: absence of a necessity for the liquid filters installation caused that it's quality: pollution, desalination, presence of magnetite, electric conductivity - does not render an influence on a process of measurement and it results. Flow sensors with conic flanges allow a compact installation on the pipelines of larger nominal diameters.
