Gas Volume Corrector B25

· Application – the flow rate and quantity measurement of the natural gas. Used with gas meters with impulse out-put to cal-culate the real gas con-sumption, defined at the standard con-di-tions: 1 atm. of pressure and 20?C of tempera-ture. Ac-tualizes working gas tem-perature and pressure with a consideration of a gas composition
· Choice of standard methods of calculation: GERG-91, NX-19, AGA8-92DC
· Operational temperature conditions from -30'C up to +60'C
· Highest level of intrinsic safety – ExiaIICT6
· Options: one or two channels (two independ-ent de-vices in one). Executions: · (com-plete corrector) or T (temperature corrector only)
· Connected gas meters:
- frequency of impulse output – up to 50 Hz, up to 1000 Hz
- value of impulse – 0,001…20000 imp/m3
· Pressure measurement range – (0,07…1)·Pmax, where Pmax – 0,2; 0,3; 0,5; 1; 2; 4; 8; 16 MPa – the upper limit of the pressure sensor working range
· Error limits in the working conditions:
- ±0,05% for execution T
- ±(0,2+0,02·Pmax/Pw)% for execution P
· Low consumption of energy: lithium battery with service life up to 12 years

Which changes were brought into the Corrector B25?
During the modernization in 2006 the following changes have appeared:
- temperature correctors,
- two-channel correctors,
- pressure sensors with ranges 0,2 and 0,3 MPa,
- infra-red interface,
- increased accuracy of pressure measurement and, accordingly, of the gas measurement,
- increased a resource of the power supply battery due to reduction of consumption: earlier it was up to 10 years at 60 s cycle of sensors interrogation and now it is up to 12 years at 30 s cycle,
- expanded range of connected gas meters: all meters with impulse output, (and not just with a «dry contact»), implanted a galvanic division of a gas meter,
- corrections of the calculation methods were made according with addition in the State Standard (GOST) 30319.2,
- increased depth of archives is and also corrected form of reports according with new recommendations of National Oil and Gas Company of Ukraine,
- electrical connectors from local manufacturer were replaced by the production of world leader LEMO, providing in 100 times higher resource,
- optional battery compartment and box for external installations; the box, being provided an additional protection against rain and snow, in the complete degree fulfills the all-weather execution of Corrector,
- adapter RS232 allows the operation not only with a computer, but also with both telephone line and GSM modem, - changed design of the temperature sensors, the important characteristic «minimal immersion length» was reduced in 5 times, also included a version without protective pockets,
- warranty period was increased from 2 to 5 years.
