The certification of Heat & Flow Meter X12 is successfully completed in the following countries:
- Uzbekistan (state register ¹ 02-1295),
- Turkmenistan (state register ¹ T296),
- Georgia (state register ¹ Gruz. 311-06),
- Kyrgyzstan (state register ¹ KG 417/01.12.971-06),
- Kazakhstan (state register ¹ KZ.02.03.01357 – 2006/Y1195-04).
The certification is proceeding in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
Also marketing has been started in Algeria, Arabia Saudis, Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Israel, Jordanian, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania, Oman, Qatar, Syria, Tunisia, and United Arabian Emirates.

Defect quantity of the assembling and mounting operations in the production is nearly 0,5...1 pieces for each 10 thousand installed components. A high quality of assembling is a basis of operational reliability. The repairing process and service of the park in-operational equipment of 7000 units requires in average 4 "man-hours" per week.
The total number of the Heat & Flow Meter X12 of single-channel construction, which are in the operation now and had been manufactured in the period of 1999-2004, makes nearly 3000 pieces. This number includes Meters X12, produced 6 years ago. According with the mentioned above information on 3000 pcs of Meter X12 in the year 2006 there were been broken averagely 1 Meter per month. Warranty period of 5 years is the consequence of high production reliability.

"MEASURING TECHNOLOGIES"
· The designation is the measurement of temperature and pressure of liquids and gases, the cold and hot water meters, the meters of thermal energy and energy of cold (for the energy, transferred by heat-transfer agent - water through the pipelines; for the systems with the central heat supply and the conditioning), the water meters with high pressure up to 500 atm for the oil-mining industry.
· The 12 different measuring configurations for measuring of the temperature, flow rate and volume of liquid, of heat (cold) energy for the systems of central heat supply.
· Up to 6 ultrasonic flow sensors, up to 6 temperature sensors, up to 2 pressure
sensors in one device.
· Up to 8 independent measuring devices in one calculator simultaneously.
· The possibility of simultaneous measurement and control of thermal energy,
energy of cold, cold and hot water.
The Heat & Flow Meter X12 also can be used to apartment thermal energy calculation in the multistoried i buildings with vertical distributing heating. In this case one Meter is capable to measure thermal energy on five floors (in five apartments) of one post. The calculation of heat in the buildings with the quantity of floors, which exceeds five, is achieved by the installation of several Heat & Flow Meters X12 for a post. Heat consumption for each apartment is determined in the form of the sum of the Meters readouts, established on all the posts, which supply apartments with heat. Is realized the automatic collection of the information of the Heat & Flow Meter X12 and the calculation of energy consumption for each apartment.
The gas volume corrector B25
· Aimed to be utilized with the impulse output gas meters for determining the real consumption of gas, transferred to the standard conditions: 1 atm. pressure and 20°C temperature. It considers operating temperature and pressure, and also the chemical gas composition.
It has:
· Selection of the standard calculation methods: NX-19, GERG-91, AGA8-92DC.
· Intrinsic safety - ExiaIICT6.
· Options: one or two channels (two independent correctors in one), performance P (complete corrector) or T (corrector of temperature).
· The range of the pressure measurement (0,07... 1)P max, where P max is 0.2; 0,3; 0,5; 1; 2; 4; 8; 16 MPa - the upper limit of the pressure measurement.
· The limits of measurement errors under the working conditions for the application: ± 0,05% for performance T, and ± (0,2+0,02 P max/Pw)% for performance P.
